• Before we worked together, what felt unclear or stuck about your website or the work that needed to be done? I was impressed with myself that I was even able to create a passable website. I don't think of myself as a creative type. But I knew we were ready for an upgrade and to make it look more professional and cohesive and that I didn't have the skills to do that. Nev was able to elegantly take my vision and foundation and build on it to make a gorgeous evolution of the page. We also had been very stuck on the logo. I had hired a couple different people to make one and had ideas myself but nothing was quite feeling right once it was created. Nev took a risk and made a really creative, unusual logo design that was The One! 

• What was it like working together during the process? I feel so comfortable with Nev and we have such an easy, natural flow to the work. I like the structure she has developed for working with clients and also within that, there was just a natural flow and spontaneity that worked really well too. I feel just entirely supported and not judged by her. I even felt comfortable having zoom meetings with her when I was sick and rescheduling everything else. 

• After launching, what feels different now? This one feels hard to describe but there really is a different feeling. I feel like leveling up the website and branding leveled up our organization in some way too. I didn't expect that. It feels less like we're scraping by and figuring things out as we go and more like we have a solid foundation and are steadily moving forward. 

• Anything you especially appreciated about my approach or how the project was structured? I can't stop asking you for your assistance with other aspects of the project! Your design eye and the ease of working with you is just too good. I look forward to having you involved throughout, hopefully for a long time.
