*A Note on Drone Photography & Video:
All drone photography and video are subject to weather, airspace, visibility, line of sight, property conditions, and safe operating requirements. As the FAA-certified Remote Pilot in Command, I make the final determination about whether a flight or specific aerial shot can be completed safely and legally according to FAA regulations. Requested drone shots cannot be guaranteed in advance. When a requested shot is not possible, I will capture the strongest safe alternative available, schedule on a separate day with possible return fee charges and/or amend the invoice.

Captured on location during nautical twilight from a single vantage point, these sessions showcase a property in its genuine evening light — not a daytime shot digitally altered to look like dusk. With select interior and exterior lights on, I photograph the property over a 45–60 minute window as the sky shifts into its richest tones. Each twilight is then refined to enhance the natural colors, soften the glow, and highlight the property’s character. The result: authentic, atmospheric images that stand apart from artificial “day-for-dusk” edits.
